  For a small retail park it is pretty good, my only reason for giving four stars is that it now has two pound type stores (lost a large hardware store) and ore recently Brantanos closed (shoes etc) and it is no stood empty. That said you still have some very big branded stores here including, Iceland, M&S, Halfords, Poundstretcher and Argos. Parking here is free, there is an abundance of spaces including a good range of disabled parking close to each of the stores. Access is via the main road from either the town direction or the new railway which is a ten minute walk away. There is a Vauxhall dealership situated here and a small industrial estate across the road again with some excellent local businesses,
